General Description

The Humber Keel Barge "Whitcliffe" was built by Dunstones in 1924 and was purchased and converted by her present owners 5 years ago. The bottom of the hull was overplated with 8mm steel and then injected with oil to prevent corrosion between the plates.

The vessel has been fully insulated to provide maximum comfort giving warmth in the winter and coolness in summer. The windows and portholes in the upper saloon are  double glazed and the lower portholes are opening giving an airy feel.

The rear of the boat is covered in a canopy area that gives a conservatory feel and area for sitting outside no matter the weather.

Stairs lead down to the open plan Lounge and kitchen area with a large multi fuel stove which provides heat to the radiators. There is a full size Bosch fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, Dickinson oven and separate Wallas diesel hob, Samsung microwave/convection oven.
