Interesting Visitors At Trafalgar Wharf
First to arrive for a spring refit was the fantastic “Senses” a 59 metre super yacht with an outstanding Phillipe Starck interior. The vessel really does have full round the world capability and comes with everything any toy you could wish for including a 12m Nelson Tender, a 7m RIB, 8.5m classic keelboat, 2 x jet skis, a Hobie catamaran and a 8m fishing boat. Of course in order to reach you pride and joy with simple ease she also has a large helipad.
She has now completed a full respray and other general refit work and is available for sale at a cool €35,000,000 or charter her for a more reasonable €235,000 per week!

Kiring Super Yacht
Next to arrive was the 34 metre ”Kiring” a classic styled super yacht that appeals to the traditionalist in all of us. Designed by the ultimate name in superyachts Terence Disdale she offers a range of some 3000 nautical miles being you can cruise the world in comfort and luxury.
Whilst not measuring up to the “Senses” above in overall length she certainly offers her guests ample space and all the luxury one would expect of such a lovely looking craft.

T6 Super Yacht
We continue with the arrival of the “T6″ a 48 metre superyacht that won the Super Yacht of the Year award, this time in 2008. Visiting Trafalgar Wharf for a survey she took advantage of the fantastic ship lift facility we have to ensure this could be done in a timely fashion with the need for a long period ashore.
The dutch designed super yacht certainly caught our eye as she came up the harbour and we agree that she is one of the best looking superyachts out there.

Velux Ocean Race Boat
So the list continues with more mouth watering offerings this time in the form of a round the world race boat.Velux Eco 60 Yacht Gary Golding the world renown Australian sailor decided that the place to carry out some all important works to his boat was Trafalgar Wharf and so the Velux 5 Oceans race boat named “Oz” came to us for lifting. Now back in the water and ready to undertake sea trials and the important qualifying racing we wish her luch when the race starts from La Rochelle on the 17th October 2010
So we come to the last in this rather distigushed list and for us here at Waterside Boat Sales our favourite,

High Speed Launch 102
The classic boat was produced for the Royal Navy & Royal Air Force to increase the operational capabilty of it’s sea plane fleet. Powered by no less than 3 Napier engines each giving out 500hp she can reach speeds of 39 knots.
Currently the star in the ITV programme “All At Sea” with Mark Durden-Smith, Nick Hancock, Richard Madely, Dawn Porter and Rosemary Shrager she is once again restored to her former glory and together with her fantastic lines we have the unmistakable throb of those huge engines.
